Epoxy has come a long way from 2004 when I started making custom countertops. The materials are more durable, the epoxy is stronger than ever and the colors are unlimited. Back then there were vinyl chips and pre-tinted epoxy, now all the style control is in the hands of the artist. Don't even get me started on the smell.

But not anymore!

Making flat panels for showers is just an extension of countertop techniques. The added benefits is that the install is simple and fast, the material is light weight, the preparation is easier; everything is better for the installer. Its perfect for the DIYer.
